How much does a Costa Rica Blueprint™ cost? Planning costs $199 for trips up to 10 days, $249 for 11–16 days, and $299 for 17 days or more. Optional 48-hour rush delivery is $75.
Does the planning fee include hotels, tours, or transportation? No. The fee covers the personalized planning service only. You book and pay providers directly for lodging, transportation, tours, meals, park tickets, and other trip expenses.
Can you help with driving and logistics? Yes. I can recommend a logical route, realistic pacing, driving guidance, maps, and practical logistics so you can book and travel with confidence.
What information do you need from me? Your dates or trip length, arrival and departure airports, number of travelers, interests, budget, preferred lodging style, travel pace, and whether you plan to drive.
Is every Blueprint created from scratch? Yes. Your plan is built for your dates, interests, budget, comfort level, and pace—not copied from a package or generated from a standard route.
What happens after I share my trip details? I review your request and confirm the scope and price in writing. After payment, personalized work begins. Your Blueprint is delivered digitally, and one revision is included. You make and pay for all bookings directly.
